We ship Smart Retract products direct from our facility to virtually any address worldwide. See our Online Store transit time calculator for specific shipping time-frames.

If you are shipping to Canada, the UK, or a European Union country, we pay all your customs fees and taxes up front for you so you have NOTHING extra to pay upon receipt of your shipment. See our FAQ for additional information.

When checking out, if there is not a shipping option available for the address you wish to ship to, please email us at info@SmartRetract.com so we can provide you a shipping quote. Please include the exact items and quantities you want to purchase, and the full shipping address including contact information.

We are extremely confident that you will be pleased with your Smart Retract product; however, if you come up against some installation challenges or other issues, we’re happy to help you out before resorting to a return. Often there are simple solutions to help solve the problems you may run into. Simply e-mail us at info@SmartRetract.com with any questions or concerns.

If you do require a return, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be clean, odor-free, and undamaged. Returns that meet these criteria are never charged a restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. Please e-mail customer service at info@SmartRetract.com to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. In your e-mail, be sure to include either your Order ID or name and address and the reason for your return.

To help save the environment we do not include a paper receipt. Your Order ID can be found on the electronic receipt that was e-mailed to you the day of your order and can also be found on your shipping label.

The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging accompanied with all parts and accessories along with a note including your RMA number (also write your RMA # on the outside of the box).

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will credit the original method of payment for the purchase price; normally within 1 week of receipt. At that time, we will e-mail you a refund confirmation notice.

All our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase to the original owner. This warranty excludes wear and tear or damage. Contact us at info@SmartRetract.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and warranty instructions and we will take care of the rest.

We are just as concerned about privacy of personal information as you are and we hate spam emails just as much as you do. We do not rent, sell, or trade any personal information about you to any third party. Just like you, we also purchase products over the internet and hate when merchants continually bombard us with emails and offers. We promise to never do this to you.

The only emails you will receive from us will be an order confirmation receipt, and a shipping notification email which will include your tracking number. From time to time we may also send product updates to you. At any time you can choose to discontinue such notifications by easily clicking the opt-out option or by contacting our customer service.

All pages, transactions, and all communications transmitted on our website are encrypted using the industry’s best Extended Validation (EV) Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology. This means that it is virtually impossible for any unauthorized 3rd party to intercept or collect private information from our site. During order checkout, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and payment information but only if you enter that information and complete an order with us, otherwise we do not collect any of your personal information. We only use your personal information to complete your order and ship it to you. Your credit card information is transmitted only to the credit card processor for completing your transaction. We do not save any credit card numbers, so if you call to re-order more items, please be sure to provide us with your credit card information.

To help with the user experience, our site uses cookies. Cookies are virtually universally used across all websites and are commonly used to help improve the usability and experience for you, as a visitor to a website. One example of how they help is to remember what items you’ve added into your shopping cart, so that each time you leave the online store and return, your items are still there. Otherwise, without cookies, you would need to re-add the items into your cart each time you returned to the page. They are also used by us to help improve usability of the site by understanding site traffic patterns and what parts of our site may be confusing or not useful to our customers. None of this information identifies you personally and none of this can be used to eavesdrop or monitor your overall browsing, it is 100% anonymous.

For customers that place orders on our site we also offer them the ability and choice to create an account to store their name, address and other information. This information can be changed or deleted at any time and the option to create an account is purely voluntary. The benefit of creating an account is to speed up the checkout process for future orders.
